Unwanted items will be exchanged or refunded provided they are returned to us un-washed, un-used and in their original packaging within 10 days of purchase, please keep your receipts as proof of purchase. Any mistakes or errors made must be reported within 7 days. We regret we do not refund postage on returns or exchanges, it is your responsibility to obtain proof of posting when sending in returns or exchanges, you will be charged additional post for exchanges if this at your request - we don't charge if it is our mistake. Returning unwanted items Goods may only be returned to us at our discretion, we reserve the right to refuse to take back unwanted items, in either case we will only consider taking back items within 20 days of date of purchase, we reserve the right to charge 10% restocking fee for items returned by you unless they are faulty, we do not refund postage in this instance. Refunds As per Paypal operating procedures, refunds can only be made back to the original method of payment. We cannot refund to another credit/debit card or to another bank account. CuddleMonkey cannot be held responsible for any items lost in the post once they have left us. We always obtain proof of posting. |
